Linguistic robotics

From Marlborough, NZ.

Having employees in New Zealand can be a nightmare! Which is why my company over the course of a decade developed a linguistic robotics system which replaces employees, a system which still happens to be world beating.

Linguistic Robotics is human replacement technology. The automation system performs the job better and faster than a human ever could.

As a general rule of thumb, if there is work done on a computer, whether say in a sales, admin or customer support role (or indeed various other jobs), chances are we can automate much, if not all, of that role. This automation system may sound like science fiction or even witchcraft, but the technology is very real and very proven to drive profound levels of increased sales, profitability and significantly reduced payroll costs.

The system is so good and so compelling that countless numbers of our own customers asked the robotic system out on a date!

The easiest way to describe it is to ask you to think of an annoying chatbot that doesn’t work and isn’t intuitive. Something carelessly strung together by someone with no appreciation for language or logic. A chatbot that can barely answer one question at a time, and seeks to infuriate through its distinct lack of understanding.

The Richard linguistic robotics system is the polar opposite of the above. It understands multiple questions and statements at once, is highly emotionally aware – understanding tone of language and responds accordingly with breath-taking thoughtfulness. The system analyses inbound written messages and within a fraction of a second has drafted a beautifully crafted response.

The system was designed to replicate a customer service representative working at the top of their game, which a human simply cannot sustain over a prolonged period of time. The system is capable of working 24/7 and intelligently understands time and date and special events, adding suitable flourishes to responses which, simply put, make customers profoundly happy.

This system is human replacement technology. I built it in house for the exclusive use of my company, and in utilising it we were able to enjoy very profound profits as the robotics supercharged revenue. At the same time, the system did away with the need to have a vast number of employees, and so we enjoyed a corresponding massive ongoing reduction in payroll expenses.

Coupled with intelligent processes to automate many recurring office tasks, the Richard system is a revenue generating, time and money saving machine.

The biggest drawback with the system is for workplaces, it is not an incremental change. This is proper human replacement technology, so once implemented companies will see their headcount reduce by massive amounts (in relation to staff dealing with administration and customer support work). In our experience though, many companies see the number of people they employ as a badge of honour, and despite the tremendous revenue and expenditure advantages of replacing people with robots, they lack the courage to do it.

In time though, there may be no choice. The robots are already here.
